These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of the Nexaro website and services. By accessing our website or purchasing a plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Our services
Nexaro provides managed job search services and professional training courses. Job search plans include daily application submission, resume tailoring, and progress reporting carried out by a dedicated specialist on your behalf. Training courses are delivered in self-paced, instructor-led, or cohort-based formats as described at the time of enrolment.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Our services are intended for individuals seeking employment or professional development and are not available for resale or commercial redistribution.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during onboarding and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm Nexaro, its staff, or other clients.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
Job search plans are billed monthly. The Gold Growth plan includes a one-time onboarding fee charged at the start of the engagement. Billing occurs on the same date each month from the date of sign-up. You may cancel your plan at any time with no penalty; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. A performance fee applies to the Gold Growth plan upon successful placement; terms are agreed upon during onboarding.
No guarantee of results
Nexaro provides professional job search support and training, but we do not guarantee employment outcomes or specific results. Job market conditions, role availability, and individual circumstances vary. Our commitment is to apply consistent, high-quality effort on your behalf — outcomes depend on factors outside our control.
Intellectual property
All content on the Nexaro website — including text, graphics, logos, and course materials — is the property of Nexaro or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexaro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or inability to use them. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Nexaro in the three months preceding the claim.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to Nexaro or others. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the 'last updated' date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where Nexaro operates.
